SHIPPING

When should I expect my order?

All standard orders will ship within seven days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship worldwide except in the EU and the UK. Please note that international orders will likely have additional customs fees. Custom fees vary based on shipping location and are paid by the customer. Squiggle Cutters is not responsible for customs fees.

What shipping options do I have?

We offer first-class and priority shipping options. (Please note that priority mail might be the only option for larger orders.)

I didn't receive an order confirmation/tracking info for my order - where can I find it?

You'll receive an email with an order confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking info once your order is shipped! Please note: if you checkout with PayPal, it will go to whatever email is connected to that account! Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam folder :)

I used the wrong shipping address for my order - what should I do?

Please email us ASAP at squigglecutters@gmail.com - If you can email us before we ship your order, we can update the address! Unfortunately, we cannot edit the shipping address once the package arrives at USPS.  If it returns to us, we can reship it to your correct address at your expense.

GENERAL

There is an issue with my order - what should I do?

Please email us (squigglecutters@gmail.com), and we will fix it! Please provide a description or photos of the issue and your order number in the email; that will help us resolve the issue quicker!

We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if there are any issues with your order, please email us at squigglecutters@gmail.com
